Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business objectives and technical requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align architecture with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and experience with platform integration.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance solutions within complex environments.
- Experience in creating detailed architectural documentation and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to technology architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
