Summary:
As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and establishing both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to project or product requirements. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline processes and automating the creation and configuration of environments. The position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient platform operations, while maintaining a focus on reliability and scalability within cloud infrastructure.

Role: Java Spring Boot Backend Developer and sole owner of the Daisy application, responsible for building and maintaining funds derivatives backend services within a technology financing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize automation pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with evolving project needs and organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience in designing and managing cloud environments with automation tools.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and environment issues.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies to support scalable deployments.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code principles and tools to automate environment provisioning.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
