Job Summary:
Join our HR team and gain hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development, HR operations, and corporate events. This internship provides valuable experience in a professional corporate environment within the asset and investment management industry.
Job Details:
Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, company events, and internship programmes.
Support learning and development activities, including training administration and coordination.
Maintain non-confidential HR records, databases, and documentation.
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
Participate in HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Learn
End-to-end HR functions and operations.
HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Recruitment, employee engagement, and learning & development activities.
Corporate workplace exposure, particularly within the asset and investment management industry.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced corporate setting.
