As Director Regional Marketing EMEA you will be responsible for driving successful market growth for the entire KAVX product range within Europe. This includes complete oversight of product management, new product development, product and content promotion, pricing strategies, and sales/operations support. The Director of Marketing will have regional responsibility over all products: bookings, shipments, margin and department expenses.

What you can expect

• Lead and develop the EMEA marketing organization, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture
• Define and execute the regional marketing strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth
• Own regional performance across bookings, shipments, gross margin, forecasts and departmental expenses
• Shape regional product, pricing and go-to-market strategies in alignment with global business priorities
• Drive market development by identifying strategic industries, target accounts and new growth opportunities
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and senior stakeholders to understand evolving market requirements
• Partner with Sales and Global Marketing to establish commercial priorities and accelerate market penetration
• Lead regional market and competitive intelligence to support strategic business and investment decisions
• Influence product and content development based on regional customer needs and market opportunities
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing and Customer Service

What we are looking for

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Experience: Several years in technical marketing, product management or commercial leadership within the manufacturing industry
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing senior, high-performing teams in an international environment
• Commercial Acumen: Strong P&L ownership with a demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth, gross margin and profitability targets
• Strategic Expertise: Extensive experience in go-to-market, portfolio, pricing and market development strategies
• Customer Focus: Strong executive presence and confidence in engaging with key customers and C-level stakeholders
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in technical B2B markets, electronics industry background is a strong advantage
• Language Skills: Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• International Mindset: Comfortable operating across countries and cultures with willingness to travel up to 50%
