Description
Analytica is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of secure, scalable enterprise applications for a federal government client. The ideal candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment, collaborating with product managers, architects, data engineers, DevOps professionals, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and mission-focused technology solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications using modern software development frameworks and best practices.
- Develop APIs, microservices, web services, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Support modernization of legacy applications and migration to cloud-native or hybrid architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality releases.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and secure coding standards.
- Ensure applications meet federal security, accessibility, performance, and compliance requirements, including Section 508 standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, integration issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, implementation plans, release notes, and operational procedures.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, demonstrations, and continuous improvement activities.
- For senior-level candidates, provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Experience developing web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
- Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services using JSON, XML, or related technologies.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and modern deployment practices.
- Knowledge of secure coding, data protection, application security, and production support practices.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a federal contracting environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an MBI Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting federal government, healthcare, civilian, national security, or public-sector IT programs.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar environments.
- Experience with containerization, microservices, DevSecOps, and cloud-native application design.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL, data integration, reporting systems, or analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks, accessibility requirements, and system security controls.
- Prior experience modernizing legacy systems or supporting mission-critical applications in production environments.
- Active MBI Public Trust clearance or prior federal clearance experience.
