Description
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and tickets from our customers and staff
Respond to all requests in a timely, professional manner
Execute day-to-day administration of licensee accounts
Maintain open communications and users of the platform, functioning as a systems expert and technical communications resource
Develop relationships and open communication with internal staff overseeing relationships with clients
Assist in providing information to be used in enforcement efforts, audits, and/or on-campus training sessions
Responsible for enhancing, developing and implementing guidelines for licensees
Provide training to licensees for licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, account coordination, licensing, operations, sales support, or an administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Experience responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, ticketing systems, or other support platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately maintain customer or account information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience analyzing information, identifying issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple requests simultaneously. Preferred
- .Experience working with CRM, customer support, or case management systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred.
- Experience creating or delivering training materials, presentations, or process documentation.
- Familiarity with collegiate athletics, brand licensing, trademarks, intellectual property, or consumer products is a plus.
