By streamlining high-stakes operations like airport lounge access and voucher lifecycles, you will solve fundamental quality issues and ensure a premium service perception for a global leader in the payments industry. This role bridges the gap between strategic GTM initiatives and flawless execution in a fast-moving, multi-market environment.
Our client is looking for a Client and Benefits Operations Manager to lead recurring operational, administrative, and complaint-management activities across the CEE region.
We are not looking for a passive administrator who waits for instructions or someone who avoids complex problem-solving. We need a proactive coordinator who can navigate corporate procurement, manage diverse vendors, and turn customer complaints into structured process improvements.
Our client is a global technology company in the payments sector, dedicated to connecting the world through innovative, reliable, and secure payment networks. The CSH (Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary) team operates with a focus on high efficiency and is an active adopter of GenAI productivity tools to automate recurring administration.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Manage end-to-end Visa Benefits programs including quarterly cycles, partner inputs, and reporting
• Maintain offer accuracy across platforms and coordinate setup and quality assurance
• Oversee airport services and lounge operations, including Fast Track and voucher lifecycle management
• Handle first-line cardholder and client complaints, conducting full investigations and resolutions
• Coordinate with issuing banks, lounge operators, and service providers like Collinson or Dateio
• Design and implement structured complaint handling frameworks and process improvements
• Optimize customer journeys and automate operational flows for premium programs
• Support reseller initiatives and coordinate with creative agencies on brand compliance
• Own reporting systems, maintenance of monthly scorecards, OKRs, and performance dashboards
• Manage supplier onboarding, procurement coordination, and documentation
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or program administration
• High-level English fluency for internal communication and contract management
• Proficiency in Slovak and Hungarian is highly preferred to support all three markets
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to own recurring processes with minimal supervision
• Confidence in stakeholder and vendor management across banks and airport operators
• Data fluency with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills for consolidating metrics
• A service-oriented mindset with a calm approach to issue handling
• A proactive self-starter comfortable in a small, fast-paced team environment
