Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of essential services. The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through timely resolution of technical challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve service management processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Based Service Management Process Design.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues effectively.
- Experience with incident management and problem-solving methodologies in cloud environments.
- Ability to design and implement process improvements for service management.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions under pressure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Based Service Management Process Design.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
