As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires continuous monitoring and analysis to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption. The position demands collaboration with different teams to understand system behaviors and deliver timely solutions, maintaining the reliability and efficiency of critical applications within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within enterprise systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in managing and supporting critical business applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes to maintain operational stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
