Description
Help students find their voice, build confidence, and reach their full potential! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Bridgeport, CT, to support K–12 students in developing essential communication skills and achieving their academic goals.
Position Overview
- Conduct speech-language evaluations, provide therapy, and monitor progress to address students’ communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ goals and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and educational success.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including evaluation reports, treatment notes, and progress summaries.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing speech-language services to school-aged children preferred
