Description
Performs calibration, repair, adjustment, and preventive maintenance of Tektronix, Keithley, and other test and measurement equipment. Provides technical support and responds to customer inquiries.
Supports calibration services for third-party equipment, including minor repairs and adjustments. Participates in Total Calibration Service activities, including customer asset management programs.
Contributes to continuous improvement activities to enhance laboratory efficiency, service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while complying with quality management system requirements.
