The Opportunity
We’re looking for Graduates to join our Digital & Data Transformation team in Pōneke/Wellington, commencing in February 2027.
Our team helps public and private sector organisations turn strategy into action through technology, data, AI and enterprise architecture. We work with clients across a wide range of industries to help them unlock new opportunities through digital transformation, modern data capabilities, emerging technologies, and future-ready technology architectures.
From developing AI strategies and identifying high-value use cases, through to designing technology roadmaps, modern architectures and implementing AI-enabled solutions, we help organisations navigate rapid technological change with confidence. Our work combines business strategy, technology, architecture, data, people and transformation to deliver practical outcomes that create real impact.
As a Graduate, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants to help organisations solve complex problems and shape their future. You could be involved in supporting AI, digital and technology strategy development, identifying opportunities to apply AI and data-driven insights to improve outcomes, contributing to enterprise and solution architecture design activities, and designing future-ready operating models and transformation roadmaps.
You’ll also help clients assess and uplift their digital, data and technology capability, support the delivery and implementation of technology and AI solutions, analyse data and generate insights to support better decision-making, and support change and transformation initiatives across people, process and technology.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, architecture, data and AI. You’ll work with Kiwi business leaders to help them navigate complexity, make confident decisions, and move from strategy through to execution in a fast-evolving digital world.
