Barback Job Description at Rosie's Bar and Grill

Rosie's Bar and Grill, a popular casual full-service restaurant in Wilton Manors, is seeking experienced Barbacks to join our team. As a Barback, you will be responsible for supporting our bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive prompt and efficient service. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area

• Stock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

• Ensure that all glassware and utensils are clean and polished

• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction

• Work collaboratively with bartenders and other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous high-volume restaurant experience

• Passion for guest-first service and attention to detail

• Proven track record as a high-level performer in previous jobs

• Self-driven and able to work well with others in a team-oriented environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
