Job Description:
The Functional Workday HCM Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and related modules. This role serves as a key functional resource, partnering with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Information Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver effective Workday solutions that support organizational objectives and enhance the employee experience.Primary Duties
· Serve as the primary functional administrator and SME for Workday HCM.
· Configure and optimize Workday business processes and organizational structures.
· Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
· Lead testing, release management, and system enhancements.
· Develop reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics.
· Support employee lifecycle processes and data governance.
· Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions.
Additional Responsibilities
· Support Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Performance, Learning, and other modules.
· Lead HR technology projects and process improvement initiatives.
· Develop training materials and job aids.
· Support security administration and governance efforts.
Education and Experience Requirements
· Bachelor degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
· 5+ years HRIS experience.
· 5+ years Workday HCM experience preferred.
· Experience with business process design, testing, and reporting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and employee lifecycle processes.
· Experience with Workday configuration and reporting.
· Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
· Commitment to data integrity and continuous improvement.
