Description
What we're looking for?
We need someone with B2B SaaS marketing experience (about 5+ years is ideal, but high-growth candidates with less will be considered) and real hands-on ABM work: personalized 1:1 and 1:few campaigns targeted at enterprise accounts. You should be comfortable owning a program from scratch, working directly with enterprise sales leaders and handling complex deal cycles, ideally on deals of $100K+ ACV. You should also have a track record of driving measurable pipeline, net-new opportunities and deal acceleration. Bonus points if you have healthcare or healthcare IT experience, or a background that mixes demand gen, field marketing or growth marketing with ABM.
What you'll do:
- Own the ABM strategy for accounts with $200K–$400K ACV. You'll be accountable for pipeline creation, deal acceleration and revenue impact.
- Take ownership the dedicated ABM program and build it from concept to execution. You'll report to the VP of Growth Marketing and work alongside the Head of Demand Gen.
- Work closely with Enterprise AEs and sales leaders to build account plans, map buying committees, find whitespace and coordinate multi-threaded engagement across the sales cycle.
- Design and run personalized 1:1 and 1:few plays across executive outreach, digital, gifting, field events, customer proof points and thought leadership. These plays create net-new business and move high-value deals forward.
- Lead coordinated account plays around product launches, conferences, executive events and customer stories, from planning to measuring results.
- Measure and improve account engagement, buying committee depth, deals influenced, win rate on ABM accounts and program spend per Tier 1 account. You'll partner with RevOps and use AI and account intelligence tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Clay) to scale personalization without losing quality.
