BPD is looking for an Account-Based Marketing & Growth Operations Specialist to run the engine behind our lead generation, account-based marketing and business development efforts. You’ll help us identify and prioritize high-value prospects, understand the people behind them, engage and nurture opportunities, and build the technology, data and automation infrastructure that keeps our pipeline moving.
You’ll manage BPD’s high-value target universe, researching organizations, mapping buying committees and relationships, and identifying the signals and opportunities that give BPD a meaningful reason to engage. You’ll help determine where highly personalized 1:1 attention, 1:few programs and scaled 1:many strategies make sense.
You’ll also understand the humans behind the data. You should be an exceptional researcher who can quickly understand an organization and its business challenges, identify decision-makers and influencers, and spot a meaningful reason for BPD to start a conversation.
You’ll help keep active business development opportunities moving from prospect to pitch, managing timelines and resources, overseeing quality control and handling operational details.
Behind it all, you’ll help connect Salesforce, HubSpot, our website, email, LinkedIn, data and enrichment platforms, advertising tools, AI and automation into a smarter growth system.
The right person is equal parts marketer, researcher and project manager.
The Responsibilities:
Includes, but not limited to the following:
- Own and continuously refine BPD’s high-value target account universe, including account prioritization, buying-committee mapping, relationship intelligence, and research into the organizational and market signals that create meaningful opportunities to engage.
- Develop and operationalize ABM approaches across 1:1, 1:few and 1:many account tiers based on account value, opportunity, engagement and strategic importance.
- Serve as a Salesforce power user, maintaining the data quality, lifecycle standards, campaign structure and CRM discipline required to effectively manage prospects and opportunities.
- Manage the lifecycle of inbound and outbound leads, including scoring, qualification, routing, nurturing and follow-up.
- Develop and refine lead- and account-scoring approaches that combine fit, engagement, intent, relationship intelligence and other signals to identify where meaningful opportunities may be emerging.
- Manage the lifecycle of inbound and outbound leads, ensuring promising prospects are appropriately qualified, routed, nurtured and followed up on.
- Partner with BPD executives, growth leaders, content teams and subject matter experts to operationalize account-based engagement across priority channels, content, events and other opportunities, including audience identification and targeting, account intelligence, engagement tracking, follow-up and recommended next actions.
- Manage the growth operations behind BPD’s HubSpot email and nurture programs, including segmentation, workflows, campaign tracking, lead routing and performance optimization, in partnership with the teams developing content and creative.
- Manage growth operations across HubSpot, BPD’s website, LinkedIn and other demand-generation channels, including segmentation, workflows, audience targeting, lead capture, tracking and reporting.
- Maintain reliable connections across BPD’s marketing and sales technology stack, troubleshooting integrations and workflows with internal and external technical resources as needed.
- Build and optimize automated lead-generation, qualification, routing and nurture workflows using AI, intent, enrichment and other emerging technologies.
- Track account engagement, lead quality, funnel progression, pipeline and conversion to identify what is creating meaningful business opportunities and where to optimize.
- Serve as the operational project manager for active pitches, proposals, RFP responses and other business development pursuits from kickoff through submission.
- Own pursuit timelines, workback schedules, deliverables and resource coordination across Strategy, Growth, Creative, Research, Analytics and other teams.
- Support the execution and build of pitch decks, proposals and RFP responses, helping organize, format, assemble and QA polished final deliverables.
- Coordinate pitch logistics, including scheduling, travel, presentation materials and submission requirements.
- Maintain rigorous QA across campaigns, automation, data, business development materials and other growth operations.
The Essentials:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, growth/revenue marketing, marketing operations or a related role.
- Advanced Salesforce experience, with a strong understanding of accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, campaigns, reporting, automation and data hygiene.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform and experience working across connected marketing and sales systems.
- Understanding of ABM methodologies, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, qualification, funnel management, attribution, pipeline reporting and marketing ROI.
- Experience with B2B growth channels and tools such as email, websites and landing pages, LinkedIn, prospect intelligence, intent and enrichment platforms.
- Exceptional research instincts, with the ability to quickly understand an organization, map decision-makers and influencers, and uncover meaningful openings for engagement.
- Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, deliverables and deadlines.
- An AI-native, systems-oriented mindset and experience using AI and automation to improve research, prospecting, analysis and workflow execution.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong written communication skills and rigorous attention to quality.
- Interest in healthcare and the business of healthcare; prior healthcare experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
