MSS Security is looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations across multiple high-profile client sites in the Huntingwood region.

This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of approximately 80 security personnel, with responsibility for operational performance, client relationships and service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 80 security officers
• Oversee security operations across multiple sites
• Manage client relationships and key stakeholders
• Monitor performance, standards and service delivery
• Respond to incidents and operational issues
• Conduct site visits, audits and inspections
• Assess site risks and address security gaps
• Coach, support and develop security personnel
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and client requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Security Manager, Security Supervisor or similar with proven leadership and people management experience
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Sound knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Must be and Australia Citizen
• Current Australian security licence
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Security clearance desirable, but not essential (must be able to obtain)
