Ideagen is a global software company that helps organisations manage quality, compliance, risk, and operational performance across highly regulated industries. We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our Aviation business across the APAC region.
This is a senior leadership role combining strategic sales leadership with hands-on customer engagement. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the region, leading a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with airports and aviation organisations.
Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the APAC Aviation sales team
- Driving new business, account growth, and revenue performance across the region
- Managing strategic customer relationships and complex sales opportunities
- Developing regional sales strategies and forecasts
- Working closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver customer outcomes.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience selling solutions directly to airports.Experience leading and developing sales teams
- Strong understanding of the APAC aviation market and stakeholder landscape
- Track record of managing complex account growth and revenue targets
- Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and commercial leadership skills
