Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem Freelancer\*in im Bereich Kundenbetreuung für administrative und telefonische Aufgabenfelder.
## Aufgaben
- Bearbeitung von Kundenmails via Ticketsystem
- Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Bestandskunden
- Telefonischer Support
- Bearbeitung von Kundenakten
## Qualifikation
- **Deutsch als Muttersprache**
- PC Kenntnisse (Basis)
- vollausgestattetes Home-Office Büro (Tisch, Stuhl, Internet, Laptop oder PC, Headset mit Noise-Cancelling)
- Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft
- leistungsstarke Internetverbindung
