**About the Role**

## Tasks

**Responsibilities**

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain **Windows and Mac desktop computers**.
• Perform **basic laptop repairs**.
• Assist with **Windows Server setup and management**.
• Configure and maintain **WLAN networks**.
• Handle **basic cabling setups**.
• Troubleshoot **networking issues**.
• Perform **hardware IT setups**, including PCs and peripherals.
• Set up email accounts.
• Understand **DNS and domain** configuration.
• Be able to travel to operation sites upon requirement.

## Requirements

**What We Expect from You**

• Proficient or fluent in German (both spoken and written).
• Prior experience in **IT support or a similar technical role**.
• A strong understanding of **computer hardware and software**.
• The ability to work **independently and solve problems** efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of **networking and server management**.
• Being flexible, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well in a **team-oriented environment**.
• Eligibility to live and work in Germany.
