Overview
As a Program Manager at Linamar, you'll manage and organize product engineering projects within the Engineering organization, overseeing technical, procurement, manufacturing, and testing aspects from proof-of-concept through production. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and quality standards (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, TS 16949), maintaining project timelines and deliverables, coordinating cost studies and feasibility analyses, and facilitating project status reviews. You'll manage project budgets, resolve issues, and support the transition from development to production. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5-10 years of related experience. PMP certification or MBA is preferred.
