This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Sales Support Intern in Milano, Italy with Signify.

Sales Support

Maintain and update customer information in the C4C system.
Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Track sales opportunities and follow up pipeline update

Lead Generation and Business Development

Assist in the review of project specifications and lighting requirements.
Support the selection of suitable lighting products and solutions for customer projects.

Customer Relationship Management

Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Support customer follow-up activities to ensure satisfaction.

More about you

Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluency in English & Italian
Availability for more than 6 months
Learning Agility, Motivation & Adaptability
Communication, Collaboration & Customer Focus

We are looking for a highly motivated and curious individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales environment. More than previous sales experience, we value a positive attitude, learning agility, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to develop both commercial and technical expertise in the lighting industry.
