We are looking for an Intern to join our Professional Team.
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Sales Support Intern in Panama with Signify.
Supports the sales organization with customer documentation, proposals, product information, and quotation preparation. Ensures accuracy and professional presentation of all materials.
Coordinates internal and external meetings, sales reviews, and customer interactions. Tracks progress of opportunities, tenders, and project documentation, ensuring timely updates to the sales team.
Prepares regular sales reports, pipeline summaries, and performance dashboards. Ensures C4C and reporting systems reflect accurate opportunity status and sales metrics.
Coordinates communication between sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Monitors customer requests, quotation activity, and service responsiveness. Highlights trends or gaps to the sales team for proactive follow-up.
Ensures all sales documentation, and communication follow internal policies and audit guidelines. Maintains confidentiality and accuracy of commercial information.

Currently studying towards a university degree or higher education in Engineering, Business, Administration, etc.
Intermedium English level is required.
