About the role
At Pointsharp, growth and continuous improvement are part of our DNA. We are an ambitious, international company where processes, systems, and ways of working continuously evolve as we grow.
As Accountant for our German entity, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a broad accounting scope while actively contributing to the development of our finance function. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping shape the future way of working.
You will join an international Finance Team with colleagues in Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and report to the Head of Accounting in Sweden. Whether it's improving financial processes, participating in transformation initiatives, or contributing to our Business Central implementation, you will have a real opportunity to make an impact.

- A chance to be part of an exciting finance transformation, including our transition to Business Central
- A supportive team culture where knowledge sharing and development are encouraged

- Play a key role in our finance transformation journey by supporting the final stages of our Business Central implementation and helping ensure a successful transition to our new finance platform planned on January 1, 2027.
What we're looking for
To succeed in this role, you combine strong accounting expertise with a proactive mindset and a willingness to improve the way we work.
You bring:
- Solid knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB)
- Several years of accounting experience, preferably in a medium-sized or international company
- A completed degree or vocational training in Accounting, Finance,or a related field

- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- A structured, independent, and hands-on way of working
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-border teams
