Key Responsibilities

• Residential Electrical Installation: Perform residential electrical installations according to approved plans, specifications, company standards, and applicable electrical codes.
• Plans & Layout: Read and interpret electrical plans and complete layouts accurately to ensure installations are completed correctly the first time.
• Production & Efficiency: Complete assigned homes, units, or phases efficiently while meeting established production schedules and quality expectations.
• Quality & Inspections: Ensure all work is complete, code-compliant, and ready for inspection. Address punch-list items, corrections, or deficiencies related to assigned work as needed.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical installation issues efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Materials & Tools: Properly use tools, equipment, and materials while minimizing waste and maintaining an organized work area.
• Safety & Code Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and perform electrical work in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and other applicable requirements.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with supervisors, builders, team members, and other trades regarding job progress, scheduling, material needs, and jobsite concerns.
• Timekeeping: Accurately record all hours worked and follow company timekeeping procedures, regardless of the piece-rate compensation structure.

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on residential electrical experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret residential electrical plans and layouts.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and applicable residential electrical standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned work efficiently.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background checks, including criminal, driving, and drug screenings.
