We’re building the AI platform for energy installers and want to change how the industry works. Founded in 2023, graduated from Y Combinator in 2024, and now a team of 70 in our Berlin office near Weinbergspark. And we have much more ahead.
As Team Lead Sales Development, you’ll continuously develop our SDR team, processes, and sales playbook. You’ll coach, set ambitious targets, and pick up the phone yourself. In doing so, you’ll build a strong outbound pipeline and drive our growth.

• Lead and develop our SDR team. Help each rep improve through regular 1:1s, call reviews, practical coaching, and clear development goals.
• Own pipeline generation. Translate monthly and quarterly targets into actionable plans, tracking both performance and opportunity quality.
• Lead by example. Make cold calls, test new approaches, and show your team how to run effective conversations with decision-makers.
• Build a strong outbound culture. Make preparation, consistent prospecting, structured follow-ups, and shared learning part of the team’s daily routine.
• Develop our sales playbook. Refine messaging, call scripts, and outreach sequences for heating and solar installation businesses.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership. Align on target customers, qualification criteria, and smooth handoffs.
• Improve our processes. Use CRM data, automation, and AI tools to reduce repetitive tasks and give your team more time with prospects.

Role description

Requirements

• At least one year of outbound sales experience, with a track record of generating qualified opportunities through cold calling.
• One to two years of sales leadership experience, including coaching and managing team performance.
• An understanding of SMB sales and the ability to connect with business owners and decision-makers.
• A structured approach to targets and metrics, with the judgment to identify where your team needs support.
• Initiative, resilience, and the ability to turn ideas into action quickly.
• Excellent English communication skills, plus C2 proficiency in German, Italian, or French.
• Enthusiasm for AI, software, and the energy transition. Experience in SaaS sales or the installation industry is a plus.
• Confidence using CRM systems. Experience with HubSpot and sales automation is an advantage.
