Job Description:
We’re looking for dedicated, hands-on individuals to join our growing Production team as Operator at our Hatfield, PA facility, this is a third shift position.

What You’ll Do
- Perform required safety checks including lockout/tagout, brake verification, temperature adjustments, and oil circulation inspections
- Inspect trays, blades, and surrounding work areas to ensure equipment readiness
- Retrieve compounded materials and batch cards from the pre-mix area using manual handling or forklifts
- Heat mill rolls and load materials in measured increments according to batch card instructions
- Grind and band material through the roll mill to achieve consistent product quality
- Monitor roll speed, temperature, and band formation throughout production
- Strip material from the mill using pneumatic blades or non-ferrous knives
- Place cooled material onto tables and prepare it for transfer to the next processing stage
- Report mechanical issues, safety concerns, or quality deviations to supervision or maintenance
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for reliable, detail-focused individuals who are comfortable working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
You’ll be successful if you have:
- Strong attention to detail when following batch cards and procedures
- A safety-first mindset with consistent PPE compliance
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around heavy equipment
No formal education or prior experience is required. Training is provided.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This role is performed in a manufacturing environment and requires:
- Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, volatile materials, and moving machinery
- Standing and walking for most of an 8-hour shift with frequent reaching and handling of materials
- Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Regular lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequent lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Routine use of hand tools, air-powered tools, milling equipment, and cleaning solvents
- Consistent use of PPE due to potentially hazardous conditions
