## What you’ll do

Providing commercial, strategic and financial expertise to drive the best decisions, maximising the return on resources and investment. Driving effective financial control processes, insightful financial planning and value-oriented support to the business functions.

## Job Responsibilities

• Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Oversees the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring data accuracy and variance analysis, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Leads process improvements and automation initiatives within financial planning and reporting, increasing efficiency and accuracy while reducing manual efforts.
• Commercial Finance & Profitability Assessment: Conducts deep-dive profitability analysis across products, segments, and revenue streams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and identifying opportunities for margin improvement.
• Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management: Collaborates cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, including Commercial, Marketing, and Finance leadership, to drive data-driven.

## Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

• High level of commercial acumen and ability to identify and solve varied business problems.
• Ability to display sound judgment and makes effective timely decisions.
• Proven ability to create a robust finance control environment while meeting business needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to ensure credibility with senior management.
• Ability to deliver high quality work in a timely manner; strive to improve.
• Strong team player: align to and work towards the goals of the entire team/organisation.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Considerable depth of experience in Finance. Experience in telecoms technology knowledge is a plus)
• Advanced knowledge in Excel Modelling and PowerPoint Presentation Be customer oriented and passioned
