Senior HR Business Partner

Ready to make a real impact? As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll join a genuinely passionate HR team that lives and breathes best practice while supporting some of Australia’s most iconic news media brands.

Partnering closely with our business, you'll be the trusted advisor and driving force behind:

• The full spectrum of HR activities — from performance and pay through to engagement, leadership development, and everything in between

• Shaping the future by partnering with senior leaders on organisational design that set the business up for success

• Building powerful connections across our HR centres of excellence to deliver seamless, joined-up support

• Championing smarter ways of working by identifying and driving process improvements that make a genuine difference

Who are you?

• Proven experience in a HR generalist role with demonstrated experience working with leaders of all levels of the organisation, providing accurate and timely support across multiple HR disciplines.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment. While you are highly organised, you understand that working in the media industry you are going to need to pivot and improvise with what the day brings.

• You’re self-motivated and self-disciplined, you are positive, proactive, and comfortable working to deadlines. 

• You’re a team player - you can work closely with the broader HR team to achieve great things!

• Ability to travel interstate as required
