Position Responsibilities:
- Investigate, analyze, and process policy exceptions in the reinsurance administration system.
- Support small to medium-sized projects and data cleanup initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Develop and/or automate key management reports using SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Python, and other tools.
- Support audits by coordinating evidence, documentation, and examples.
- Identify, resolve, or escalate unusual business trends and issues.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various departments across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Working towards a degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of insurance and reinsurance principles, practices, and trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience leveraging AI-based tools.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
