The Operational Excellence team establishes the systems, governance, and capabilities that enable Vantage to operate at scale across North America with reliability, consistency, and speed. Position Overview
This role can be based in any of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA.
The Manager, Adoption & Enablement, NA Operations supports the successful implementation and sustained adoption of strategic initiatives across North America Operations. This role helps ensure that new processes, enterprise technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, operating standards, and ways of working are understood, adopted, and incorporated into daily operations so that initiatives achieve their intended outcomes.
Reporting to the Director, Adoption & Enablement, this individual contributor leads adoption and enablement workstreams for assigned initiatives, including large-scale, multi-site implementations. The role translates operational changes into practical readiness plans, stakeholder engagement activities, communications, learning solutions, and reinforcement approaches. The Manager works directly with operational leaders, project teams, product and process owners, and site stakeholders to identify adoption barriers, strengthen readiness, and improve execution.
The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of change management with hands-on execution. They can independently manage adoption activities across complex initiatives, engage stakeholders across organizational levels and functions, and adapt enablement approaches based on operational needs, implementation progress, and field feedback.
Essential Job Functions
Operations Adoption & Change Management
Lead adoption and enablement workstreams for assigned NA Operations initiatives, including enterprise technology implementations, AI-enabled capabilities, process standardization, operating model changes, and continuous improvement efforts.
Assess stakeholder, role, process, and operational impacts to identify readiness gaps, adoption risks, dependencies, and barriers.
Develop and execute integrated plans for stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, reinforcement, and sustainment.
Equip sponsors and people leaders to communicate changes, address concerns, and reinforce expectations with their teams.
Escalate material adoption and readiness risks with clear implications and recommended actions.
Operational Readiness and Enablement
Translate operational and technical changes into clear role expectations and practical guidance for affected employees.
Develop or coordinate communications, leader toolkits, learning materials, job aids, engagement sessions, and reinforcement resources.
Partner with operational leaders, subject matter experts, product and process owners, project teams, and technology partners to ensure enablement is accurate, relevant, and field-informed.
Establish and assess initiative-level readiness criteria and coordinate adoption activities across pilot, rollout, stabilization, and sustainment.
Gather stakeholder and user feedback to address barriers and improve rollout and enablement approaches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
Collaborate across NA Operations, site teams, and partner functions to ensure adoption strategies are integrated into operational planning, execution, and sustainment.
Partner with Operational Excellence PMO, Process, Data, Operations functions, and other internal partners to support coordinated rollouts of new systems, tools, and enterprise capabilities.
Facilitate readiness reviews, stakeholder discussions, and working sessions to build alignment, resolve issues, and maintain progress.
Coordinate cross-functional contributors, consultants, vendors, or change champions supporting assigned initiatives.
Provide practical change management guidance and coaching to project teams, managers, and change champions.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and user-centric enablement.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Define and track measures for readiness, engagement, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment.
Use adoption data, stakeholder feedback, and post-implementation assessments to identify additional support or reinforcement needs.
Partner with business, product, and process owners to transition ongoing sustainment responsibilities.
Apply established Adoption & Enablement methodologies and contribute lessons learned and improvements to shared tools and practices.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, change management, communications, human resources, or a related field required.
Certifications:
PROSCI or other formal certification in Change Management or Organizational Effectiveness.
Experience:
Five or more years of progressive experience in change management, adoption and enablement, organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, learning, or business transformation.
Demonstrated experience leading adoption and enablement workstreams for large-scale, multi-site enterprise technology implementations or operational transformations.
Experience supporting technology-enabled change through pilot, readiness, rollout, stabilization, and sustainment.
Experience translating complex changes into practical, role-based enablement for operational or frontline audiences.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels in a matrixed environment.
Experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, technology, real estate, or another operations-led industry preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of organizational change management frameworks, enterprise communications, and learning strategy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
Strong execution skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Ability to coach and influence peers and project teams.
Travel:
Travel is expected to be up to 15–20%, including domestic and occasional international trips.

Additional Details
Salary Range: $135,000 -$145,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
