Pay Rate: $22.05 - $23.05 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff at a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate destinations.
• Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, cameras, alarms, and other security-related equipment, reporting unusual conditions or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with building management and emergency personnel as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, package records, and other required documentation while helping to deter unauthorized access to the property.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
