A Day in the Life
The Senior Strategic Marketing Lead – Digital Health drives growth, market development, and commercialization of the Digital Health portfolio across Western Europe, with a primary focus on Corsano and connected care solutions. The role translates business strategy into actionable growth plans, develops customer-centric value propositions, and leads go-to-market initiatives that accelerate adoption and create customer value.As the regional Digital Health marketing leader, this individual serves as the strategic link between Western Europe and Global Marketing, ensuring regional customer, market, and healthcare system insights shape portfolio strategy, product direction, and commercial execution. The role also builds strategic partnerships with healthcare leaders, innovators, and key stakeholders to advance connected care and healthcare transformation.

As Senior Strategic Marketing Lead, Digital Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, market development, and commercialization of Medtronic's Digital Health franchise across Western Europe. This is an opportunity to influence regional and global strategies, create meaningful customer value, and help transform healthcare through innovative digital solutions, connected care models, and data-driven decision-making.
Working at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and commercialization, you will lead initiatives across a growing Digital Health portfolio, including Corsano™*, Medtronic's medical-grade wearable monitoring platform, as well as broader connected care, remote patient monitoring, and digital health solutions. You will partner with healthcare leaders, customers, and global teams to identify growth opportunities, shape customer-centric value propositions, and accelerate the adoption of digital technologies that improve clinical, operational, financial, and patient outcomes across the healthcare continuum.
This is a remote role based in Western Europe and reporting to the Marketing Director, Western Europe. The position requires close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Market Access. Travel within Western Europe is expected to engage customers, key opinion leaders, strategic partners, and healthcare innovators while supporting the growth and adoption of Digital Health solutions across the region.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Develop and execute the Western Europe Digital Health strategy and growth plans aligned with business objectives
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, healthcare trends, and competitive dynamics to drive growth across the Digital Health franchise and future innovation portfolio
- Develop compelling customer value propositions and market development strategies that accelerate adoption of Digital Health solutions across multiple care settings and patient pathways
- Lead commercialization, launch, and go-to-market initiatives for Digital Health solutions across Western Europe
- Build strategic relationships with healthcare executives, innovation leaders, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and strategic institutions to advance connected care and healthcare transformation
- Partner with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure customer and market insights inform portfolio strategy, product evolution, and future innovation
- Support country teams with strategic direction, customer insights, messaging, and execution excellence to achieve business objectives
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic marketing, business strategy, market development, or commercial leadership within healthcare, medical technology (MedTech), digital health, or related industries
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, connected care, remote patient monitoring, and digital transformation
- Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies within complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience engaging senior healthcare stakeholders and developing strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, analysis, and decision-making while ensuring responsible use, data security, and appropriate human oversight
An MBA or advanced degree would be advantageous, as would experience with digital health platforms, connected care solutions, wearable technologies, remote patient monitoring, healthcare data systems, software-enabled healthcare solutions, or healthcare innovation programs. Experience working with healthcare executives, innovation leaders, and strategic healthcare institutions is also desirable.
