For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- +3 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst / Summit TCI System Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users and IT teams on all matters related to the Summit TCI system, including functional and technical issues.
- Investigate and resolve daily global securities activity issues within Summit TCI, ensuring accurate and timely support across operations.
- Write, create, and modify reports and data extractions using SQL and Summit TCI's internal tools to meet evolving user requirements.
- Document production issues, root cause analyses, and resolutions in a clear, structured manner to support knowledge sharing and audit trails.
- Apply knowledge of financial products and global markets to accurately interpret and prioritize support requests within a securities environment.
- Fluency in English, at least B2 level. Fluency in French is a plus
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto or Lisbon office
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
