What you’ll own
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise operations team, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation and optimisation of Salesforce across Enterprise (LOB). This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that enable end users to effectively leverage the Salesforce ecosystem; including agentforce, data 360 and experience cloud to name a few tools.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and delivery standards.
- Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions across the platform, covering all aspects of the system lifecycle
- Support end-user implementation and adoption of Salesforce capabilities across the enterprise customer lifecycle
- Collaborate as an agile delivery team (Scrum or Kanban) to deliver regular incremental value
- Manage and track work items using JIRA, ensuring clear documentation and traceability of requirements
- Contribute to and operate within a CI/CD pipeline, ensuring robust and reliable deployments
- Design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned to best practices and governance standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve platform performance
What you bring
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within sales and/or service cloud core components.
- Proven ability to deliver across the full Salesforce development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support)
- Additional experience with, or willingness to learn:
- Agentforce
- Data Cloud / Data 360
- MuleSoft (for integrations)
- Experience Cloud
- Tableau
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
- Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce security features (field-level security, profiles and permissions)
- Additional exposure to prompt builders would be beneficial
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, including SAFe Agile
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, including working with stakeholders as well as evidential problem solving skills.
