Senior Delivery Lead

What you will do

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Delivery Lead to provide delivery leadership for the Installed Base Data Product portfolio across EMEA. This role will act as the primary owner of delivery execution, stakeholder engagement, roadmap alignment, governance, and cross-functional coordination for one of the organization's most strategic and business-critical enterprise data domains.

The Installed Base Data Product serves as a foundational enterprise asset supporting Service, Commercial, Digital, Customer Operations, Asset Management, and Enterprise Analytics functions. As the scope and complexity of the domain continue to grow, the Senior Delivery Lead will play a critical role in ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently, risks are proactively managed, and business priorities are translated into measurable outcomes.

Based in Cork, Ireland, the successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders, product managers, architects, engineers, analysts, and global stakeholders to drive execution of strategic programs while ensuring alignment across EMEA, North America, and APAC teams.

How you will do it

Delivery Leadership & Execution

• Lead the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, enhancements, integrations, and modernization efforts within the Installed Base Data Product portfolio.

• Drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring alignment to business priorities and strategic objectives.

• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and execution roadmaps.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with expected business outcomes.

• Monitor delivery performance and implement corrective actions when required.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Installed Base delivery activities across EMEA.

• Build strong relationships with business leaders, product managers, architects, engineering teams, and external partners.

• Facilitate alignment between business requirements and technical delivery teams.

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, priorities, and strategic outcomes.

• Establish trusted partnerships with stakeholders through proactive communication and transparency.

Portfolio Governance & Planning

• Support governance processes and ensure delivery activities align with enterprise objectives and investment priorities.

• Coordinate portfolio planning activities, release schedules, and roadmap execution.

• Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure effective coordination between teams.

• Drive prioritization discussions and support decision-making processes across competing business demands.

• Ensure appropriate governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting mechanisms are in place.

Risk, Dependency & Issue Management

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks and challenges.

• Manage interdependencies across programs, products, platforms, and teams.

• Escalate and resolve issues effectively while minimizing impact to business commitments.

• Ensure delivery risks, assumptions, constraints, and decisions are documented and actively managed.

• Develop contingency plans to address potential delivery obstacles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Data Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, Data Governance teams, and business stakeholders.

• Facilitate collaboration across Service, Commercial, Digital, Customer Operations, Asset Management, and Analytics organizations.

• Support alignment between regional business priorities and global delivery objectives.

• Foster strong working relationships across geographically distributed teams.

Product & Business Enablement

• Support the ongoing growth and modernization of Installed Base data products and capabilities.

• Help translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

• Ensure delivery activities support data quality improvements, platform enhancements, integrations, and analytics initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.

• Promote adoption of best practices, delivery methodologies, and governance standards.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Provide leadership and direction for delivery teams operating across multiple regions and functions.

• Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

• Mentor team members and support the development of delivery management capabilities across the organization.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase predictability, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that support scalable and sustainable delivery models.

What we look for

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant project, program, or agile certifications preferred.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience leading complex technology, data, analytics, or business transformation initiatives.

• Proven experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs and delivery portfolios.

• Strong experience working within enterprise data, analytics, or digital transformation environments.

• Demonstrated success managing stakeholders at senior leadership and executive levels.

• Experience coordinating geographically distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.

Delivery & Leadership Expertise

• Strong understanding of program management, portfolio delivery, governance, and operational planning.

• Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and resource planning.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.

• Proven ability to drive alignment across technical and business organizations.

• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Technical & Business Knowledge

• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, data products, analytics, and integration ecosystems.

• Understanding of modern data technologies and cloud-based platforms.

• Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Ability to work effectively with technical teams while maintaining strong business focus.

• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and enterprise reporting environments is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Installed Base, Asset Management, Service, Customer Operations, Commercial, or Digital business domains.

• Experience supporting enterprise data platforms and data product organizations.

• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, Scrum Master, or related certifications.

• Experience leading global transformation or modernization initiatives.

• Experience within large, matrixed multinational organizations.
