As a Regional Sales Representative - Architectural, you will play a pivotal role in growing our market presence across your assigned territory by developing strategic partnerships with architects, designers, developers, contractors, and façade consultants.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, owners, developers, general contractors, glazing contractors, and façade consultants across the assigned region.
Drive products into the basis of design (BOD) on targeted projects, securing specifications early in the design phase and protecting them through tender and construction.
Establish and manage key regional accounts, building trusted relationships with principals, design leaders, project architects, estimators, and project managers.
Collaborate with engineering, drafting, project management, estimating, and operations teams to develop solutions for complex façade applications.
Coordinate internal resources to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and maximize project win rates.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across existing and emerging market segments.
Achieve regional sales, growth, and profitability targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction levels.
Support customer projects from specification through delivery and field support to ensure successful project outcomes.
What you’ll bring
7+ years' sales, specification, or business development experience in architectural products, façade systems, building envelope, or related industries.
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent industry experience preferred.
Proven success securing specifications and converting opportunities into project sales.
Experience working with architects, designers, glazing contractors, general contractors, and developers.
Strong ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver commercial results.
Technical aptitude to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Experience developing territory plans, managing pipelines, and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with façade systems, specification processes, and BIM/Revit environments is advantageous.
