Job Summary

Seeking highly motivated and self-sufficient Commercial Lines Producers to join a team. The successful candidate will have access to a supportive service staff and a wide range of markets to help them succeed.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $65,000 to $175,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• Commission Structure: 45% on new business and 20% on renewals

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business with a focus on commercial lines, including industries such as construction, manufacturing, auto service, non-profits, nursing homes, and municipalities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Client Executives and service staff to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Actively cultivate and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally in the field, attending client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer or in a similar sales role within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently without requiring frequent guidance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with agency management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite, hybrid, or remotely, as required.
