Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives on prospecting, networking, and closing deals. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a book of business while enjoying the support of a highly efficient service team.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Competitive and customized based on experience, with a guaranteed base for the first year.
• Renewal Income: Base salary declines in the second year as renewals start to generate income.
• Health Insurance: Employee health insurance covered at 100% (option to add dependents at additional cost).
• Equipment Provided: Laptop, dual monitors, and docking station for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, network, and close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust book of business with a focus on accounts with premiums of $5,000 and above (sweet spot: $20,000–$100,000).
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient processing, quoting, and servicing of accounts.
• Attend quarterly in-office meetings and client visits as required.
• Leverage sales and AI software to enhance productivity and client engagement.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance; 3–5 years preferred.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with sales and AI software is a plus.
