Working under the direction of the Shipping Manager, this role helps ensure every customer receives the correct products, packaged securely, and delivered on time.
As one of the final team members to handle each order before it reaches the customer, the Shipping & Fulfillment Associate plays a critical role in protecting the brand. Every shipment should reflect our commitment to craftsmanship, quality, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
We believe our work is about more than shipping products. We are building a legacy of excellence, embracing innovation in everything we do, and creating a lasting impact for our customers, our coworkers, and our community. Every employee contributes to that purpose through the quality of their work, their attitude, and their commitment to continuous improvement.
