Missions/Main Duties
Responsibilities:
- L1/L2 End-User and Deskside Support
- Desktop, Laptop, Printer, and Peripheral Management
- Windows OS and Enterprise Application Troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 / O365 Support and Administration
- Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint Support
- Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Access Management
- Intune and SCCM Endpoint Management
- Network Connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Remote Access Support
- IT Asset Management and Technical Documentation
- Onboarding, Offboarding, Escalation, and Global IT Collaboration
Key Metrics (KPI's)
- End-User Support and Service Desk Operations
- Deskside Support for Hardware and Peripherals
- Windows OS and Application Troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration and Support
- Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint Support
- Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Identity Management
- Intune and SCCM Endpoint Administration

Profile/Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer sciences or related field,
Job Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
