ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Document hot calls and communicate to drivers
Run change-overs, sort, and coordinate delivery
Ensure all pilot orders are complete
Remove deleted orders from planners
Monitor e-mails from planners that pertain to part issues
Communicate to receiving for trailer orders needed for production
Replace ribbon and paper in printers
Balance lines for daily quantity when changes are made
Investigate VVNTS
Investigate part discrepancies
Coordinate return parts back to warehouse
Run pick sheets and scan packing slips
Log inbound/outbound trailers
Maintain storage trailers and picks associated with storage trailers
Maintain inbound visual management board
Run Spirit Lake picks and audit
Receiving audits at the end of each shift
Receive and key parts to trailers (tires, seats, exhaust, X-orders)
Scan packing slips (end of shift when receiving is completed)
Verify empty trailer reports
Call spotter drivers to coordinate trailers in and out
FIFO storage trailers
Communicate with receiving drivers on part and trailer issues in dock
Run daily error query
Run daily picks/ hot picks, and notify drivers
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
2 years college preferred
Computer skills (AS400, Excel, Word, Showcase, Outlook, SharePoint)
Communication skills – ability to communicate and work well with others in a fast paced environment
Accuracy minded and detail oriented
Must be able to prioritize workload
Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, work overtime with little or no notice
Base Pay Range:
$23.43 - $27.93Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship will not be provided. To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
