Guided by our values—Be open, be compassionate, be bold—we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support that creates lasting change for individuals and communities.

We are now looking for a Recovery Coordinator to join our East Sussex service—someone who can bring skill, empathy, and professionalism to support people on their recovery journey.

About the role

Working in the alcohol team as a recovery worker.

This is a role where your work directly impacts people’s lives.

  • Manage a caseload, providing structured one-to-one and group-based interventions
  • Support individuals to engage with treatment options, services, and wider recovery opportunities
  • Proactively manage risk and reduce harm, ensuring safe and effective interventions
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners
  • Maintain accurate, timely and compliant record keeping and reporting
  • Support individuals to build resilience, independence, and long-term recovery goals

This role requires a balance of clinical awareness, strong organisation, and genuine compassion.

Location & contract

  • Where: East Sussex

  • Contract: Fixed Term contract until July 2027
