About the team and what we'll build together
As the lead Financial Analyst and Strategic Consultant in the Financial Modeling Center of Excellence (COE) at Kobie, you will be the financial architect behind our most ambitious client engagements. You'll transform complex customer and business data into compelling investment cases, scenario models, and commercially grounded program designs that empower clients to make confident, board-level loyalty decisions. Working at the intersection of data science, financial modeling, and loyalty strategy, you'll combine institutional rigor with strategic storytelling, translating quantified insights into clear business narratives that resonate with executive teams.
This is not a back-office finance role. You will be an active participant in client engagements, co-presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders, translating financial insight into strategy, and ensuring every program recommendation is anchored in defensible business value. You'll collaborate closely with Kobie's strategy, analytics, technology, and client services teams, moving fluidly between modeling sprints, client work sessions, and executive presentations. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, and brings both the rigor of institutional analysis and the communication fluency of a senior management consultant. You're a problem-solver who sees financial modeling not as an end, but as the foundation for breakthrough strategy.
