Our client is a large 5* integrated casino resort in the Philippines.
Please note that this position is available for Filipino Nationals only.
Profile
• Experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, luxury, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
• At least 5 years in a senior creative leadership role
• Strong portfolio covering digital campaigns, social media, web, email and other digital channels
• Strong hands on experience in Art Direction, Visual Design, Motion and Animation
• Proven ability to develop creative direction aligned with brand and business objectives
• Advanced knowledge of visual design, typography, layout and design systems
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent creative tools
• Experience using AI assisted creative tools to improve creative quality and efficiency
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing creative teams
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects across different digital channels
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of creative direction
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Self driven, organized and detail oriented
