You’ll work closely with and be mentored by Diana Tamashiro, who will guide you through our projects and help you grow your skills as you contribute to our team’s success.

Your Impact

You’ll be the secret weapon that helps our team shine! By taking on key operational and analytical tasks, you’ll free up our Business Development Managers to focus on big-picture strategic wins. You’ll help us keep our data sharp, our projects running smoothly, and our communication game strong, directly contributing to our overall efficiency and success.

Responsabilities:

• Operational Support: Manage documentation, create trackers, and keep our operational tools organized and up to date.
• Analysis & Reporting: Prepare data analyses and help build insightful dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to support our business decisions.
• Lead Management: Help us classify and assess new leads to ensure we’re focusing on the right opportunities.
• Marketing & Communication: Coordinate event logistics, help share our success stories, and keep our partners in the loop with important updates.
• Project Support: Keep an eye on project deadlines and participate in key initiatives to gain hands-on experience.
• Market Adaptation: Tailor reports and presentations to meet the unique needs of our different markets.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a knack for managing documentation and administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or coursework involving data visualization tools like Tableau or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and task tracking.
• Previous experience or interest in marketing, event coordination, or business development.
• Ability to adapt data and materials for diverse audiences and market requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in turning data into actionable business insights.
