Must-Haves:
- Technical Qualifications:
- MCSE, CompTIA A+/N+ or equivalent IT qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 administration.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years in an IT support environment.
- Proven experience supporting hardware and software in a fast-paced business setting.
- Exposure to cloud systems, remote desktop tools, and server environments.
