You will directly empower global companies to optimize their shipping costs and improve business efficiency, building high-value skills in data management and logistics operations.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Master and navigate the cutting-edge Freight Audit web platform and specialized supporting tools.
- Manage and register critical invoice and credit note data to support international shipping compliance.
- Collaborate dynamically with cross-functional operational teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational optimization in close partnership with our Delivery Experts.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Intermediate level of English with strong professional business correspondence skills.
- Proficiency in Google products and services.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
Bonus Points For:
- Degree in Auditing, Logistics, International Economic Relations, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience or proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with the JIRA platform for team collaboration and issue tracking.
