This role is responsible for building and growing the sales strategy that gets those tools into the hands of small business owners.
This leader manages and coaches a growing team of Business Development Officers and Senior Business Development Officers, sets the direction for how the team sells and who they sell to, and partners closely with lending, product, and onboarding teams to make sure customers have a smooth experience from their first conversation with Live Oak through their first year of business banking with us.
