Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Legal Operations Consultant, your primary focus will be to support contract drafting, review, negotiation and contract management across APAC and China, with a particular emphasis on B2B customer sales contracts, distribution agreements, trading terms agreements and related commercial documentation. You will also:
- Support APAC customer contract management by guiding Key Account Managers and business stakeholders on contract processes, templates, renewal timelines and required inputs.
- Coordinate inputs from Legal, Finance, BSO, Customer Logistics, BU Operations and commercial teams to support timely contract completion, renewal and governance.
- Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, negotiation guidance and governance materials in partnership with APAC Legal and business stakeholders.
- Identify, assess and escalate material legal or process risks, while providing clear and practical guidance to business stakeholders.
- Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of legal operations processes, including customer contract workflows, approval matrices, templates and playbooks.
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of legal technology platforms and tools that support contract drafting, workflow management, reporting and service delivery.
This role is located in Singapore, and no relocation assistance is offered for this position.

As the LEGO Group continues to grow, so does the demand for high-quality legal support. This role sits within the newly established Tax & Legal Operations team as part of our global Business Services Operations function.
Do you have what it takes?
- Strong hands-on experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally including customer sales contracts, distribution agreements, trading terms agreements or other B2B arrangements.
- Experience working in a corporate legal department, legal operations team or law firm environment.
- Experience coordinating end-to-end contract workflows, managing stakeholder inputs and supporting contract governance in a matrixed regional environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal topics into clear, practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders.
- Comfortable using AI tools, contract lifecycle management systems and other legal technology platforms to improve contract drafting, review, workflow management and process optimization.
